LECTURE: A Conflict of Visions
with Russ Bellavance
When intelligent people of good will disagree on political issues, they seem to disagree on very many issues, not on just a few. When we see such a striking pattern, we have to ask ourselves “Why?" This program will explore the idea that people have very different visions about human nature and about how the world works.
Presenter: Russ Bellavance is a graduate of Tufts University and Yale Law School. He practiced business law in Philadelphia for 32 years and then changed careers and taught high school for 7 years. Russ has taught and lectured extensively about a variety of historical and political topics, including courses in the Constitution and Modern Political Thought.
