LECTURE: The Art of Autumn and Science Behind It
with Lisa Blum

Even though the days are shorter and air is cooler, fall reveals a gorgeous display of leaf color in our trees and shrubs. Enjoy the show as we see the variety of colors and patterns in foliage and learn why leaves turn from green to red, yellow, orange, rust, brown, mustard, burgundy and combinations of all of these beauties! We will suggest which plant species provide the best pictures and where to find these in arboreta, parks, and landscapes.
